DarkMatter gives your AI agents a secure vault that is independent of your system. Every decision you commit is sealed at the moment it happens and verifiable by auditors, regulators, and counterparties without asking you to vouch for it. For regulated organizations, that independence is what separates an audit trail from evidence.
What Enterprise adds
Customer-held signing keys (L3)
Your Ed25519 private key signs each record on your infrastructure before it reaches us, and never leaves it. We verify the signature and reject anything that fails. DarkMatter cannot produce a record in your name. Sensitive values we do store, such as webhook secrets, are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using a key we hold.
Long-term audit retention
Custom retention periods up to 1 year and beyond. Export proof bundles at any time, verifiable offline without DarkMatter dependency.
SOC 2 in progress
Audit period expected Q1 2027. Security questionnaires and current controls documentation available on request.
EU AI Act / compliance alignment
Provides tamper-evident timestamped records of AI system decisions, relevant to Art. 12 and 19 logging requirements. Legal review required for full compliance mapping. GDPR data export and deletion available. HIPAA BAA on request.
