BYOK encryption
AES-256-GCM with a key you provide. DarkMatter stores only ciphertext. Your key never leaves your system.
Long-term audit retention
Custom retention periods up to 1 year and beyond. Export proof bundles at any time, verifiable offline without DarkMatter dependency.
SOC 2 in progress
Audit period expected Q1 2027. Security questionnaires and current controls documentation available on request.
EU AI Act / compliance alignment
Provides immutable timestamped records of AI system decisions, relevant to Art. 12 and 19 logging requirements. Legal review required for full compliance mapping. GDPR data export and deletion available. HIPAA BAA on request.
